Classes are customized to your own specific needs. I offer different styles of yoga including Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative and Kundalini Yoga. Based on your specific physical, emotional and spiritual needs, I will will provide you with a program that is adaptable to your own needs. This is your journey and I am here to serve and help you reach your fullest potential through yoga.

All packages include 30 one-on-one consultation to discuss your goals to better cater to your needs.
