Join us for a very special weekend in Ajloun to relax, energize and play. This retreat will be devoted to yourself to connect – with nature, with your soul and with others through Yoga, AcroYoga and Thai Massage. Be ready to practice these 3 forms of yoga surrounded by trees, greenery, beautiful breeze and amazing souls!

LOCATION
Ajloun Forest Reserve is located in the Ajloun highlands north of Amman and covers 13 square kilometers. It is dominated by open woodlands of Evergreen Oak, Pine, Carob, Wild Pistachio and Wild Strawberry trees. The reserve supports a wide variety of wild plants and animals and is a peaceful place to relax and enjoy nature.

YOGA, ACROYOGA AND THAI YOGA MASSAGE
Vinyasa flow in the morning to warm up your body and connect with yourself, your body and mind. It is an important step to get you ready for the AcroYoga classes. Pranayama and meditation will be also part of these sessions.
In AcroYoga we find playfulness, joy and connection with each other in a safe, supportive environment. We will share with you fun Acro games, partner yoga warm ups, inversions and exciting flying transitions. You will get to experience a full range of what AcroYoga is all about!
Thai Yoga Massage gives us the chance to heal, communicate without words and find skill in our touch. Thai yoga massage is carried out on the floor and it is ideal for securing deep relaxation, eliminating stress, improving overall flexibility, stimulating blood circulation, releasing muscle contractures and improving posture.
These three forms of yoga support and complement each other, and together they will give you a chance to recharge and help you find inner joy and peace.
TEACHERS
I will be offering this weekend retreat along with Sheryl Sharaswaty. Sheryl and I first met in Bali two years ago and from our first Acro encounter we knew something clicked.
Sheryl is originally from Bogor in West Java, Indonesia, Sheryl moved to Bali six years ago. Shortly after that she started practicing yoga in Ubud, and during this process rediscovered the meditation and mantras her Indian grandfather taught her when she was young.
Since then her practice has continued to evolve. She spent two years learning Iyengar yoga, and later completed several trainings including the One Song TT with Denise Payne & Bex Tyrer, Fly High Yoga TT, AcroYoga TT and Thai Massage training.
As Sheryl’s experience grew she started assisting teachers in yoga trainings too, and has been teaching both private and group yoga classes in Ubud and elsewhere since 2015. Sheryl particularly loves AcroYoga, Vinyasa and Thai massage. She loves to connect with people, and she continues to value the space that yoga creates to be present, sit still with herself and dive deep into mind and breath.
ACCOMODATION
We will be staying at the Ajloun reserve cabins (double or triple) located on the edge of the forest and offering beautiful views of the reserve and beyond. Each cabin has comfort and style and is equipped with a private bathroom and a small terrace that invites you to sit for hours enjoying the soft breeze and rolling forest vistas.
